HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We utilise Australia Post to get your shaving products to you quickly. We send them out on a Tuesday and a Friday. Typically this takes about 5-7 business days from the day of postage.

Shipping to Australian Military locations around the world via their APO addresses can take upwards of 3 weeks. If for some reason you’re having trouble receiving or finding your order, please email us at support@brothershave.com. We’re here to help, you know "being a brother".



HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHANGE MY BLADES?

Our blades are tough and we can guarantee that they will last for a good amount of time. Brother Shave's blades also happen to be affordable, so why not treat yourself to a fresh razor in line with our recommended shave plan. Every 6-8 shaves seems to be the average for most blokes. Obviously the heavier the beard, the more frequently you will need to change your blades.

We currently ship Australia wide, New Zealand and to all Australian Military locations around the world via their APO addresses.



DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Bloody oath, on all orders in Australia that is…….. unfortunately we have to charge shipping to the internationals. Bugger, who knows a pilot with credibility?



WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are proud of our products and very confident that you will enjoy them. If, you are unhappy with the brother shave product, please send an email detailing any issues and we will seek to refund your order.



CAN I ORDER TO AN AFPO ADDRESS WHILST DEPLOYED?

Yes, of course you can. Brother Shave is owned by a military dude so we support and understand military service. If there is any issues doing this, drop us a email.



WHERE ARE YOUR BLADES MADE?

We searched high and low to find great razors; trust me, it was a pain in the arse. Finally, we found a German company that has been making blades for over 90 years. The steel comes from Sweden, and the blades are forged in Germany.



WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PLASTIC RING POPS OFF MY HANDLE WHEN I CHANGE MY BLADES?

First and foremost, ease up on the cross-fit you beast. Secondly, do not worry, you have not broken your razor. Simply pop the plastic ring back on, connect your blade and start shaving again.



CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY PLAN?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your plan at any time. We'd hate to see you go, but cancelling or modifying your plan is easy, simply go to brothershave.com/account

There’s no cancellation fee.



DOES MY FIRST ORDER COME WITH A HANDLE?

When you sign up to any of our plans, your first order comes with a free handle.



CAN I ORDER A SECOND, THIRD, FOURTH...OR REPLACEMENT HANDLE?

Of course you can. If you require an additional handle head to the products page and order one. This however will be a separate order to your subscription cart so you will have to re-type your details. HEY!! you are in the Government- you love layers of processes.  



WHAT HAPPENS IF I GO ON HOLIDAYS, EXERCISE OR DEPLOY?

We understand time away, possibly extended time away is inevitable for some of you (less likely for RAAFies). Simply visit brothershave.com/account where you can modify your subscription and place it on hold for as long as you like. Alternatively, order a bulk/deployment pack and don't worry about any of this being conscientious stuff.



WHAT HAPPENS IF I MOVE?

Visit brothershave.com/account and modify your details for your next order. 



DO I NEED TO SIGN UP TO A PLAN?

Not if subscriptions aren't your thing — no membership or contracts here. We do think our plans are very convenient and flexible, however they can be changed or cancelled at any time. If you are still not interested then we have the option of bulk/deployment packs that are one off payments, no strings attached.



WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.



WHEN DO YOU CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD?

We may not charge it straight away as we are probably following up a red hairing on the DRN; however we aim to charge within 24 hours of shipping your product.



IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?

Being a military focussed company, we take security incredibly seriously. We use the Stripe merchant facility as its  among the best in the business. Its certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 and provides the industry standard in security. If you want to use your C/S as a postage name, thats no worries just make sure its going to a Military base.



HOW MUCH DO YOU DONATE TO SOLDIER ON?

On every single order we will donate $1 to Soldier On. Best idea we’ve had yet.

In doing our research, we found this FAQ on every company's website so we thought we better do the same. The director closely resembles an animal, but that’s the closest we’ve come to testing on one.
